On October 17th, the SAPI team in Washington, DC, gathered for a roundtable meeting with local journalists and community leaders. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, a board member of SAPI and the US country representative, presided over the meeting. The discussions centered on a variety of human rights issues, including upcoming election matters in Bangladesh. The primary focus of the discussion was on strategies to ensure that election in Bangladesh is free, fair, and inclusive.
